At ClevStudy, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations, ensuring transparency and fairness for all our customers.

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new customers, allowing you to explore the platform risk-free before any charges are made.

2. 14-Day Free Trial

All new ClevStudy subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period:

• No charges during trial: You will not be charged anything during the 14-day trial period.
• Full access: You have complete access to all features in your subscription.
• Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged.
• Trial reminder: We will send you an email reminder before your trial ends, giving you the opportunity to cancel if you're not satisfied.
• Automatic billing: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for your first billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your subscription).

Note: Free trials are available once per customer. If you have previously used a free trial with ClevStudy, you will be charged immediately upon subscribing again.

3. Refund Eligibility

The 14-day free trial is designed to give you sufficient time to evaluate ClevStudy and decide if it meets your needs. Once your paid subscription begins, refunds are only provided for billing errors.

3.1 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge. You must report billing errors within 7 days of the charge.

Examples of billing errors include:

• Duplicate charges: You were charged twice for the same subscription period.
• Overcharges: You were charged more than the stated subscription price.
• Unauthorized charges: You were charged without your authorization or after you cancelled your subscription.
• Charges after cancellation: You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.

3.2 No "Change of Mind" Refunds

Important: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, technical issues, or if you simply decide you no longer want to use the service after your trial period has ended.

The 14-day free trial provides ample time to fully explore the platform and determine if it meets your needs. Once you begin paying for the subscription, you are committing to that billing period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will retain access until the end of your current paid period, and no refund will be issued for the current period.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you experienced a billing error, please follow these steps:

1. Report within 7 days: You must contact us within 7 days of the incorrect charge.
2. Contact our support team: Email us at info@clevstudy.com with the subject line "Refund Request - Billing Error".
3. Provide details: Include the following information in your email:
   • Your account email address
   • Your subscription details
   • A clear explanation of the billing error
   • The date you were charged
   • Screenshots or transaction records (if applicable)
4. Response time: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
5. Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days.

Note: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at our sole discretion and depends on the circumstances outlined in Section 3.

5. Refund Processing

• Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from approval.
• Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Bank processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Prorated refunds: If you are eligible for a partial refund (e.g., for unused time on an annual subscription), the refund will be calculated on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your subscription.

6. After a Refund

Once a refund has been issued:

• Access termination: Your access to ClevStudy will be terminated immediately unless otherwise specified.
• Data retention: Your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate your subscription. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Re-subscription: You are welcome to subscribe again at any time. However, you will not be eligible for another free trial if you have already used one.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the service after your trial period has ended, no refund will be provided. You can cancel to prevent future charges, but the current period is non-refundable.
• Dissatisfaction with content: Refunds are not provided if you are dissatisfied with the educational content, learning materials, or teaching approach. The 14-day trial is your opportunity to evaluate the platform.
• Lack of use: If you did not use the service during your paid subscription period, this does not qualify for a refund.
• Violation of Terms: If your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be provided.
• Promotional discounts: Refunds for subscriptions purchased with promotional discounts or coupon codes will be issued at the discounted rate, not the full price.
• Late requests: Billing error refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge will not be processed.
